And why is good for you to explore them

“Everything is a matter of perspective”

I am sure that you have heard this many times. But, how often do you think about it? Your perspective is one of the most important aspects of your world because it is precisely the world that you create for you.

Marcus Aurelius said — “Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.” Friedrich Nietzsche said it in a more simple way — “There are no facts, only interpretations.” We could say that we must feed our minds with great interpretations of the world in order to reach greater understanding and growth in life.

A TED talk that is followed by your own research is certainly a cool way to feed your mind today. In this list, you can explore the world through different eyes. Here you will find wonderful people talking about topics like the madness of food waste in our world, addiction, nature, stress, and our attitude towards life.

Enjoy them!

1. How To End The Food Waste Fiasco | Rob Greenfield

Rob Greenfield’s main purpose in life is to inspire health, happiness, and freedom on earth and he loves doing that in surprisingly strange ways. In his talk, he is sharing his experience and the lessons that he learned after he started feeding himself from dumpsters next to grocery stores.

“In the United States, we waste about half of all the food we produce, which means that we produce enough food to feed about two entire American populations, all while 50 million Americans are food insecure”

Many times we feel helpless by the illusion that we are not in a position to change things in the world. Truth is, if you pay attention to your little daily actions and how they affect your environment, then you can easily be part of the solution.
