Hello good people, I will not bother you for long.

I was just reading some new year’s resolutions from other humans. They made me think about how we focus so much on personal goals that define our ego-persona in life.

“I need to find a better job, a husband/wife, learn two languages, graduate, buy a better laptop…”

Don’t get me wrong; it is healthy to have these goals in your list. Nevertheless, before satisfying our desires for fame, money, career, and stuff, we need to remember that some goals precede them. When you accomplish them, most probably you will succeed in the others too. So, there it is — a simple reminder. 😊

  1. Eat well
  2. Exercise
  3. Sleep well
  4. Spend time in nature
  5. Read good books
  6. Meditate
  7. Drink water

How many of them are a piece of cake for you? Will you chase the rest?
